The process begins when you submit an inquiry through the contact form below. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call to discuss your specific needs and determine if my approach aligns with your goals. Following this initial consultation, if we decide to proceed, we'll schedule your first formal assessment session and I'll provide intake forms to complete before our first meeting.

I prioritize timely access to care. Typically, I can arrange the complimentary consultation call within 5 business days of your initial inquiry. Following our consultation, if we determine we're a good fit, I can generally schedule your first formal session within 1-2 weeks. For urgent situations, I make every effort to accommodate more immediate needs when my schedule permits.

I provide services exclusively via secure online meetings. Sessions are conducted through Google Meet, which offers end-to-end encryption for privacy. Prior to your first appointment, you'll receive a unique meeting link and clear instructions for accessing our virtual sessions. Virtual therapy eliminates commute time and allows you to participate from a comfortable, private environment of your choosing.
